And you are:

A successful runner. Took up cycling to see my partner. Competed in the HTRC TT series to improve my cycle pace but avoided racing as it is rather dangerous. Spent a couple of years cheering the racing lads whilst running round race circuits. The enthusiasm of HTRC racing team made me decide to give it a go in 2015 – before I got any older!

Goals for this season:

  • Improve on 2015 LVRC race performance
  • Compete in 2 x 10 mile & 2 x 25 mile time trials (VTTA)
  • Qualify and represent Great Britain in Duathlon World Championship in Spain

  • Cycling into a parked car when drunk.

Memorable achievements:

  • 2010-2015: HTRC TT Ladies Series Winner
  • 2014: First Duathlon (run 10K, cycle 25 miles, run 5K). 1st in age group, qualified to represent GB in World Championships.
  • 2013: 24 hour running event. 1st in age group running 80K.
  • 2012: Marathon in 3hrs 28mins
    Big G (160km) 6hrs 22mins
  • 2009: 400km cycle in 20hrs 32mins.
