1.Please note entries close 10th April. We already have a large amount of entries so it is most likely we will be oversubscribed. If we have over 70 on the closing date we will unfortuneatly have to return some and no more series entries will be taken. On line entries will not be taken at the first event,but will taken at the rest if spaces are available.

2.Please no more entries written  on scraps of paper! Only signed TLI forms will do. We will need a clearly written e mail address on the form as we will not be issuing starts sheets. All info will go via e mail or the HTRC website.

3.At one of the Etton events last year [I wasnt present]the scratch group booed the judges as they crossed the finish line,presumably because they hadnt caught the main bunch. If there is a repeat of this behaviour this year reprisals will be taken!Anyone giving up their spare time ,and I have to say doing a great job,doesnt deserve this.The handicapping is done with the idea of bringing everyone together with 100 metres to go,clearly this is always difficult as there are so many variable factors. As members of the scatch group took the bulk of the large prize list they really shoudnt complain. The handicapping will be done by the same people again,so if you dont like it dont enter.

4 Headquarters for the first event will be the village hall in Sproatley. Please park off the course. It is over a mile to the start,so leave plenty of time. If the light is poor we will start the first group at 6.50. Please sign on before 6.30
