The club TT series resumed last night after a 3 week break due to an unscheduled postponement caused by road surfacing on the Etton Circuit last week. Nathan Wilson scored his second win of the season with a time of 30.03. This is the third quickest time ever recorded on the circuit with only Steve Guymer and James Frith having gone quicker previously. Nathan had a 41 second advantage over second placed Jason Young with Neil Cleminshaw showing signs of his old fitness with a time of 31.25 in third place.
On a hot and windless night it was very very warm going for all riders as they lapped the 4.5 mile circuit around Etton characterised by the short steep climb at the beginning of each lap. Behind the leading trio was Mark Robinson, Lee Coulson and Paul Campbell.
Billy Robinson was quickest in the 2 lap race for ladies and Juveniles beating Amanda and Jacqui.
