Sky Ride returns to Hull for the third year running

If you have always fancied riding around Hull in a traffic-free environment then come to Sky Ride Hull from 10am on 18 August 2013.

The route can be joined at any point but the main hub of activity is in Queens’ Gardens.

HTRC will have a stand in the ‘Club Zone’ so please feel free to drop in. And, if you have time, we need volunteers to attend the stall and talk all things cycling to all! If you can spare half-an-hour, or me in the HTRC gazebo email davidmillson@hotmail.com.

There will be a lot of activity in Queens’ Gardens, from children’s races, cycling related stalls and refreshments to bouncy castles.  From here a traffic-free route will take you around Hull passing the New Theatre, Princes Quay, Trinity Square then onto the marina and The Deep before returning to Queens’ Gardens.

The event is aimed at all cyclists, but particularly families.

I therefore hope to see plenty of Hull Thursday members enjoying and showcasing our sport.  Whilst not vital you can register for Sky Ride or find out more at:
