Websites like ours rely on you, the members, to provide interesting content to keep the site fresh and worth a visit.

Over the years we have relied on the photographs of Jim Sampson, professional photographers, and kindly amateurs who just happened to be at the event.

With riders and spectators nowadays attending races and sportives with iPhones, smartphones and compact digital cameras, may I take this opportunity to request that digital images be sent to me for the site.

It doesn’t matter that the images aren’t Cycling Plus quality, or you only have one or two, send them in – the riders love it, and the content of the site is improved.

Please send me the raw, full resolution, uncropped version so I can optimize and crop for multiple uses.
