This Wednesday night (11 September 2013), and for the next two weeks until 25 September, City Road Club (Hull) are organising cyclo-cross races at Costello Stadium on Boothferry Road.

There is a full programme of events from under-8s to veteran with the last race on the programme (senior, vets and ladies) being held under floodlights.

The course is about 3 to 4 minutes long and can easily be ridden on either a cyclo-cross bike or a mountain bike.

Racing is available to both British Cycling (BC) members and non-licence holders.

Why not come along and support other club riders or bring you bike and take the plunge?

The events are a great work-out with a good atmosphere and last week there were nearly 40 riders in the main event.
