Thank you all for your efforts and assistance in making the above event such a success!

Just to confirm, the total fundraising amount for the Help for Heroes charity was the magnificent sum of £4000.

As some of you will be aware, the event raised just short of that amount, however, at the Hull Thursday Road Club annual presentation dinner last Friday, I was presented with a cheque from the club for £100 to Help for Heroes and further donations on the night from club members and friends meant that I was able to achieve the magnificent sum of £4000!

Although the photographer present on the day had a difficult task, he managed to get some brilliant shots that captured the essence of the day!
