Dear Ron,  I received my final Scene just before Christmas. What mixed emotions I have. Always an excellent read, but the last edition, very sad.

 

As an elderly late comer to cycling, joining HTRC was a good decision, it meant that I was able to put a bit back into my new sport, and also be part of a new family.

 

Scene was such an important part of my being part of an excellent organisation.

 

Your editorship has brought entertainment and information to us all.

 

I have always looked forward to the next edition and enjoyed every article.

 

I realise how hard it must have been to keep the publication alive, with so little copy being submitted.

 

Thank you very much for all your efforts, your work has not gone unnoticed.

 

Best wishes for 2015 and for many years to come.

 

Hope to see you soon on the black stuff!
