Rider Mike McAllister has produced a cool video of one of his group’s laps whilst taking part in one of Jim and Richard’s winter training sessions.

If you’ve never ridden ‘through-and-off’ this is what it looks like from the back wheel of the rider in front.

Well done to Mark Walker for riding the lap with Mike sitting backwards on his saddle, filming – good balance Mike!

“I used the Garmin Edit software to sync a GPS log with the video (very easy, just about idiot proof) so you can see speed, gradient and position on the lap.”

Brilliant work, Mike. Really interesting to see the speed drop right off on the climb up to the Triton pub – always hurts, this little leg-breaker.
