Hull Thursday Road Club’s Billy Holmes (left, with Tom Simpson) was an international-class rider who won the 1961 Milk Race (Tour of Britain) amongst other successes.

We would like to commemorate Billy’s achievements, and life in the club as part of our ‘Memory Lane’ nostalgia series.
