The penultimate event in the Cliff Pratt Cycles 2022 HTRC TT league is done.

Thirteen riders made the start on another glorious summer’s evening and I suspect most enjoyed the first event for a number of years on the tight sporting Etton course.  Three laps, eight corners and three short stiff climbs in the 13.5 miles to the finish saw Neil Cleminshaw (Chapeau! Vive le Velo) take his third event win of the series, with only the final event between him and the 2022 league title.

Mark Mckeown (HTRC) took second with Mathew Birch (Cliff Pratt Cycles) filled out the podium in third.

Good to see some new entrants for this event so hopefully there’ll be another good field for the final event in the 2022 league series,  the return to Little Weighton on the 18th August. See you there!
