Saturday Training, on the chaingang #2
For those out to sharpen up their fitness and racing legs, a regular Saturday morning chaingang is meeting 09:30 at Skidby Mill car park for a steady ride to meet others opposite the Triton Inn, Brantingham for 10:00.

It’s a mixed medium to fast group which head out to through and off it on the flat roads round the South Cave area, with the early sections keeping it steady and together as a group, and later sections upping the pace for the faster legs to get a fuller work out.

If you’re interested in joining these group rides be kitted out appropriately and be fit, this is not a beginner’s group.
Mudguards are recommended.
You don’t need to belong to any club though this is recommended.

If you would like to ride and feel you are fit enough but have not ridden in a group or worked in a group doing through and offs before, come along and listen to those around you and keep you and your fellow riders safe by not overlapping wheels at any point, keep your eyes on the road ahead and the movement of the group, and cover your brakes at all times.
Safe riding.
